Volunteer Week 2024

It's National Volunteer Week! Very excited to share this film with Merrilyn McMillan, a local legend at Torrens parkrun in Adelaide, who was the first person in the Southern hemisphere to achieve 500 volunteers at parkrun - that's 10 years of volunteering!

It’s always an absolute pleasure to take part in projects at local parkrun events. parkrun has managed to create the most incredible, supportive and energetic community that makes it so easy to have a chat, a laugh, and create some great content with people.
